Sabores autóctonos en Cap Rocat

Da igual que hayas visitado antes el hotel Cap Rocat (Cala Blava, Mallorca), porque es inevitable volver a impresionarse cada vez que uno regresa.
Crear una oferta de restauración a la altura de un hotel tan único es un reto tan bonito como complicado, no cabe duda. Desde sus comienzos destacó su espectacular desayuno servido en una cesta de picnic, y también se demostró acertada su apuesta por instalar un horno tradicional mallorquín y una gran parrilla de leña en el restaurante informal de su Sea Club, que este verano ha registrado llenos diarios gracias sobre todo a sus pescados y arroces y que abre todo el año al mediodía (por las noches sólo hasta el 15 de octubre).
