Saddle Madrid arrives in Mallorca this summer with a pop-up where it will offer a tasting menu specially created for the occasion, based on the best local and seasonal products, available for dinners on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays of July and August.

A gastronomic experience where the classic Mediterranean recipes prepared by the prestigious Saddle restaurant, awarded with a Michelin star and two Repsol Suns, can be enjoyed in the impressive setting of Cap Rocat.

During the months of July and August, discover “A Legacy of Flavor,” a gastronomic pop-up where Cap Rocat opens the doors of its fortress to Saddle, the Madrid-based restaurant awarded with a Michelin star and two Soles Repsol. This unique collaboration will highlight both classic dishes from the claimed restaurant and others that are a clear homage to the flavors and heritage of the Balearic Islands.

The menu, designed by Pablo Laya, executive chef of Saddle, is an ode to seasonality and consists of 9 courses, including iconic dishes from the renowned restaurant as well as unique creations for the occasion featuring local and seasonal products.

Additionally, diners will have the opportunity to customize their menu by adding extras, such as a caviar sequence, grilled royal lobster, or a selection of seasonal cheeses carefully selected by Saddle’s fromelier, Genoveva Vizcaino.

There will also be the option to enhance the experience with a drink menu brought directly from the capital, offering wine pairings and a small selection of cocktails that align with the philosophy of Saddle Bar, which won the FIBAR Award for Best Restaurant Bar in 2020 and received the ‘Top Cocktail Bars 2 Stars’ recognition in 2024.

On the evenings of the 28th and 29th of June, Cap Rocat will welcome Saddle with a four-handed event in which Chef Victor García marks the arrival of this collaboration by uniting the cuisine of La Fortaleza awarded with two Soles Repsol with the cuisine of Saddle. Experience two evenings in which to savour a menu where tradition, flavour and haute cuisine come together in the heart of the Mediterranean
