This summer, Saddle Madrid arrives in Mallorca with a pop-up offering a specially curated tasting menu designed for the occasion. The menu is crafted around the finest seasonal local produce and will be available for dinner on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

A gastronomic experience where classic Mediterranean recipes, reinterpreted by the prestigious Saddle restaurant, holder of one Michelin star and two Soles Repsol. are enjoyed within the majestic setting of Cap Rocat.

Gastronomic pop-up

For the second consecutive year, throughout July and August, discover A Legacy of Flavour, a gastronomic pop-up where Cap Rocat opens the gates of its fortress to Saddle, the acclaimed Madrid-based restaurant awarded one Michelin star. A unique collaboration showcasing both Saddle’s signature classics and dishes that pay homage to Balearic flavours and heritage.

An unmissable occasion for any lover of fine gastronomy and tradition.

A date with flavour

The menu, designed by Saddle’s Executive Chef Pablo Laya, is a tribute to seasonality. It features iconic dishes from the renowned restaurant as well as creations made exclusively for this occasion using local, seasonal ingredients.

Guests will have the opportunity to personalise their tasting menu with optional additions such as: Gillardeau oyster with Osetra caviar and beurre blanc, warm blue lobster salpicón, or a curated selection of seasonal cheeses handpicked by Saddle’s fromelier, Juan Marco Orozco.

There will also be the option to complement the menu with a wine pairing, curated in-house and brought directly from the capital
