A confession: Cap Rocat is not in Palma, it’s in the bay of Palma, a 15-minute drive out of town. But you won’t give a hoot. The slight inconvenience of hopping into a cab to visit the cathedral is a small price to pay for staying in a setting so romantic it’ll make you gasp.
